After 7 long weeks in Egypt, I finally have a functioning internet connection at home. Stay tuned.

Marti,
Don’t despair! I just came home from a meeting at our local Obama HQ–hearing local precinct plans for the final month of the campaign. Obama is 2 points up in our local polls—and we (NC) are still a red state. Things seem to be turning around. I can’t help much this month, but I promised them nearly full time the final 10 days. I am going to watch the VP debate in a few minutes.
It looks like Egypt is agreeing with you! I can’t wait to see and hear more about it. Take good care of Brandon!
