Scenes from a megamart shopping center we mistakenly visited on a busy pre-Ramadan weekend.

That was a slow moving shopping trip.
Emily doesn’t look very happy.
I didn’t see you put anything in the cart,
did you purchase any items?
So is Brandon trying to hide the video
camera or is it out in full view?! 🙂

We managed to buy several things when we were there, but it was definitely crowded and a bit overwhelming. We visited that same store when I was out here in January, and it was not half as busy as it was this time. I think it must be because of the holiday season. From where the movie ends, we proceeded to wait in line for twenty more minutes. It was a long day.
Lesson leaned… do all the mega-mart grocery shopping during the week, not on the weekend!

[…] Today we went to Carrefour. It’s a huge store and it’s usually crowded and loud and crazy. (Remember Brandon’s video of me looking lost and confused in the maze of shopping carts and families at Carrefour last year? Click here to see it on his blog.) […]
